Federa\u021bia Mondial\u0103 de Neurologie (WFN), ini\u021biatorul acestui eveniment, atrage aten\u021bia asupra importan\u021bei pe care o au s\u0103n\u0103tatea creierului \u0219i prevenirea afec\u021biunilor neurologice.  Edi\u021bia din 2016 pune \u00een prim plan problema \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii popula\u021biei \u0219i are drept motto: \u201e\u00cemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea creierului\u201d. <!--more-->Prin acest eveniment se dore\u0219te cre\u0219terea gradului de con\u0219tientizare cu privire la gestionarea \u0219i prevenirea afec\u021biunilor cerebrale \u0219i neuromusculare, condi\u021bii ce afecteaz\u0103 \u00een principal persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0103 propunem mai jos c\u00e2teva sfaturi de prevenire a \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00eenirii creierului oferite de dr. Nu exist\u0103 un singur remediu care s\u0103 ne ofere garan\u0163ia c\u0103 putem preveni \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea precoce a creierului, dar adoptarea unui stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos este \u0219i garantul unui creier s\u0103n\u0103tos.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 mai mul\u021bi factori care pot genera \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea cerebral\u0103 precoce, cum ar fi hipertensiunea arterial\u0103, fumatul, diabetul zaharat, consumul exagerat de alcool, sedentarismul, obezitatea, stresul. Fiecare trebuie s\u0103-\u0219i aloce timp pentru a se odihni, e nevoie de un somn de \u015fapte ore pe noapte, plimb\u0103ri \u00een ar liber, f\u0103r\u0103 exces de emo\u0163ii. \u00cen ultimul timp noile tehnologii au \u201dn\u0103v\u0103lit\u201d \u00een via\u021ba noastr\u0103 \u0219i exist\u0103 riscul ca oamenii s\u0103 fie absorbi\u021bi de \u00eeo activitate care nu presupune interac\u0163iune uman\u0103, iar lipsa de dialog cu alte persoane genereaz\u0103 probleme. Astfel, supraexpunerea la tehnologii reprezint\u0103 un poten\u0163ial pericol.
