Obiectivele \u0163intesc con\u015ftientizarea public\u0103 \u00een privin\u0163a beneficiilor activit\u0103\u0163ilor fizice \u00een prevenirea obezit\u0103\u0163ii, bolilor cardiovasculare, cancerelor \u015fi diabetului \u015fi atingerea unor doze (intensitate x durat\u0103) de activit\u0103\u0163i fizice care s\u0103 atrag\u0103 beneficii \u00een aspecte ale stilului de via\u0163\u0103 asociate cu \u201evia\u0163a sportiv\u0103\u201d (renun\u0163area la fumat, alimenta\u0163ia s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, gestionarea mai bun\u0103 a stresului \u015fi diminuarea violen\u0163ei \u015fi a izol\u0103rii sociale).<\/p>\n<p>Bolile cardiovasculare constituie principala cauz\u0103 a mortalit\u0103\u0163ii pe globul p\u0103m\u00e2ntesc, cauz\u00e2nd anual peste 17,3 milioane de decese. Conform prognozelor Organiza\u0163iei Mondiale a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een anul 2030 num\u0103rul total de decese din cauza bolilor cardiovasculare va atinge cifra de 23 milioane cazuri anual. \u00cen Republica Moldova maladiile cardiovasculare se situeaz\u0103 pe primul loc \u00een structura mortalit\u0103\u0163ii generale a popula\u0163iei, constituind mai mult de 50% din num\u0103rul total de decese.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Bejenaru-Doina-prezentare-01.10.15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">S\u0103n\u0103tatea mondial\u0103<\/a> reprezint\u0103 starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate a popula\u021biilor \u00eentr-un context global; aceasta a fost definit\u0103 ca &#171;zona de studiu, cercetare \u0219i practic\u0103, care pune o prioritate pe \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i realizarea echit\u0103\u021bii \u00een s\u0103n\u0103tate pentru to\u021bi oameni din \u00eentreaga lume&#187;. Probleme care dep\u0103\u0219esc grani\u021bele na\u021bionale sau care au un impact politic \u0219i economic la nivel mondial sunt de multe ori subliniate. Organiza\u021bia predominant\u0103 asociat\u0103 cu s\u0103n\u0103tatea mondial\u0103 (\u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea interna\u021bional\u0103) este Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS). Alte organiza\u021bii importante cu impact la nivel mondial sunt UNICEF, Programul Alimentar Mondial, \u0219i Banca Mondial\u0103.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Sus\u021bine patru baze principale:<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Decizii clinice bazate pe date \u0219i dovezi;<\/li>\n<li>Focusate pe popula\u021bie \u0219i nu pe un individ;<\/li>\n<li>Scopuri sociale;<\/li>\n<li>\u00cengrijiri preventive mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t curative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Bejenaru-Doina-prezentare-01.10.15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Factorii ce influen\u021beaz\u0103 dezvoltarea maladiilor cardiovasculare la nivel de pandemie<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em> Comportamente de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i factori de risc CV:<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Dieta<\/li>\n<li>Exerci\u021bii fizice<\/li>\n<li>Consum de tutun<\/li>\n<li>Consum de alcool<\/li>\n<li><em> Factori de mediu: <\/em><\/li>\n<li>R\u0103spuns CV la temperaturi extreme. Componen\u021ba etnica  a popula\u021biei este implicat\u0103 \u00een diferen\u021be  legate de sarcina \u0219i rezultatele maladiilor CV.<\/li>\n<li>3<em>. Manifest\u0103ri CV la unele boli comunicante<\/em>. Impactul HIV infec\u021biei este considerabil \u00een privin\u021ba cardiomiopatiilor, patologiilor pericardului (indeosebi in asocierea cu TBC) \u0219i HTP, av\u00e2nd \u0219i un impact asupra mor\u021bii subite. \u00cen aceea\u0219i timp , o terapie antiretroviral\u0103 adecvat\u0103 scade prevalen\u021ba CMP-iilor la HIV pozitivi \u0219i reduce consecin\u021bele CV la acest grup de pacien\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li><em> Insuficien\u021ba cardiaca<\/em>.
