A\u0219a cum scopul acestei zile este de a atrage aten\u0163ia \u015fi de a informa popula\u0163ia referitor la patologia reumatologic\u0103, \u0219eful sec\u021biei Reumatologie, dr. Valeriu Corota\u0219, vine cu o serie de recomand\u0103ri referitoarea la profilaxia artritei. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong>Artrita <\/strong>este o boala ce se manifesta prin <strong>inflamarea articula\u021biilor<\/strong>. <!--more-->Trebuie s\u0103 men\u021bion\u0103m c\u0103 aceast\u0103 boal\u0103 poate afecta nu doar persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, ci \u015fi tinerii, uneori copiii.<\/p>\n<p>Artrita este o afec\u021biune care nu are vindecare, astfel ca masurile de preven\u021bie sunt extrem de importante.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>O prim\u0103 recomandare pentru a preveni aceast\u0103 afec\u021biune este s\u0103 face\u021bi c\u00e2t mai mult\u0103 mi\u0219care \u0219i s\u0103 adopta\u021bi un stil de via\u021b\u0103 activ.<\/li>\n<li>Chiar dac\u0103 este greu de prevenit situa\u021bii accidentale, \u00eencerca\u021bi s\u0103 le evita\u021bi. Accidentele \u0219i infec\u021biile v\u0103 pot afecta articula\u021biile. La aceste articula\u021bii, rata de apari\u021bie a artritei este mult mai mare dec\u00e2t la cele care nu au suferit accidente.<\/li>\n<li>O alt\u0103 recomandare este s\u0103 adopta\u021bi un stil de via\u021b\u0103 echilibrat \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tos, precum \u0219i si s\u0103 men\u021bine\u021bi o greutate corporal\u0103 normal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Alimenta\u021bia echilibrat\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 este un alt factor de preven\u021bie a patologiilor articula\u021biilor. Astfel, \u00eencerca\u021bi s\u0103 consuma\u021bi c\u00e2t mai mul\u021bi acizi gra\u0219i omega 3, semin\u021be si ulei de in, nuci, ou\u0103, ghimbir \u0219i turmeric, ro\u0219ii, ardei iute sau vinete. Evita\u021bi margarina \u0219i uleiurile vegetale polinesaturate (ulei de porumb, de soia).<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"height: 10px;\" width=\"14\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"338\"><\/td>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3>\u00cen cazul artritei, zonele cel mai afectate r\u0103m\u00e2n genunchi, \u0219oldurile, g\u00e2tul, partea inferioar\u0103 a spatelui \u0219i degetele. V\u0103 propunem spre aten\u021bie o serie de exerci\u021bii care contribuie la preven\u021bia patologiilor articula\u021biilor:<\/h3>\n<h3>Ridic\u0103ri ale picioarelor<\/h3>\n<p>A\u0219eaz\u0103-te pe partea dreapta, sprijinindu-te \u00een cotul aferent \u0219i \u00een pumnul st\u00e2ng, cu picioarele \u00eentinse. Ridic\u0103 lent piciorul st\u00e2ng, men\u021bin\u00e2ndu-l \u00eentins. R\u0103m\u00e2i cu el \u00een aer timp de c\u00e2teva secunde, apoi coboar\u0103-l \u00eencet. Repet\u0103 mi\u0219carea de 10 ori, dup\u0103 care procedeaz\u0103 la fel cu piciorul drept.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/images-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6273\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6273 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/images-1.jpg\" alt=\"images (1)\" width=\"272\" height=\"185\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Rotirea genunchilor<\/h3>\n<p>A\u0219eaz\u0103-te pe spate, \u00eendoaie genunchii, \u021bin\u00e2nd t\u0103lpile pe podea. Coboar\u0103 genunchii spre dreapt\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd sim\u021bi mu\u0219chii coapselor \u00eentin\u0219i. R\u0103m\u00e2i astfel 5 secunde, apoi ridic\u0103 u\u0219or genunchii, revenind la pozi\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103. Ia o pauza de 10 secunde. Repet\u0103 mi\u0219carea de cobor\u00e2re a genunchilor spre st\u00e2nga.<\/p>\n<p>Procedeaz\u0103 \u00een acest mod de 10 ori pentru fiecare parte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/images-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6274\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6274 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/images-2.jpg\" alt=\"images (2)\" width=\"247\" height=\"204\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Flexarea genunchilor<\/h3>\n<p>A\u0219eaz\u0103-te, \u021bin\u00e2nd picioarele apropiate. \u021aine m\u00e2inile la spate, pe podea, pentru a te sprijini \u00een ele. Trebuie s\u0103 \u00eendoi u\u0219or genunchiul drept, prin alunecarea t\u0103lpii pe podea. Flexeaz\u0103 piciorul c\u00e2t po\u021bi de mult, duc\u00e2nd genunchiul spre piept. P\u0103streaz\u0103 pozi\u021bia pentru 5-6 secunde, apoi revino cu piciorul \u00een pozi\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103, tot prin alunecare. Repeta mi\u0219carea de 10 ori, f\u0103c\u00e2nd o pauza de 10 secunde \u00eentre fiecare set de repeti\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Procedeaz\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i mod \u0219i pentru piciorul st\u00e2ng.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/images.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6275\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6275 alignnone\" recomand\u0103m o serie de exerci\u021bii care vor lucra mu\u0219chii spatelui, mu\u0219chii abdominali, mu\u0219chii coapselor, mijlocului, umerilor, pieptului.<\/p>\n<p>Repeta\u021bi fiecare exerci\u021biu de 10 ori.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/treime.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/ce-exercitii-sa-faci-ca-sa-ameliorezi-si-sa-previi-durerea-de-spate.jpg\" rel=\"attachment ro\u0219ea\u021b\u0103, limitarea mobilit\u0103\u021bii articula\u021bieii, oboseal\u0103 mai ales diminea\u021ba, consulta\u021bi <strong>medicul reumtolog <\/strong>sau<strong> medicul ortoped<\/strong>. Diagnosticul se bazeaz\u0103 pe examinarea clinica, anamneza are un rol foarte important precum \u0219i pe analizele de laborator \u0219i pe baza radiografiilor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V.
